HOW to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE?
If you are cancelling or rescheduling an appointments, it must be done via telephone on 0426 992 999
ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need.

NO CANCELLATION FEE – IF 24 HOURS NOTICE IS PROVIDED
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. There will be no cancellation fee, and we’ll be happy to help you reschedule at a more convenient time.
